Happy New Year

First of all, I would like to wish you All a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year.

Second of all, I would like to thank you for your support and lovely comments in 2014. I am always glad to read them.

I don't know how you feel about lentil but I love it. This year I did not only cook  the classic lentil soup but also did some lentil salad. It is easy to do and really delicious. Here is what you need:

300 g lentils (put them in some milk and water for a night then cook them for 1,5 hours or simply buy a can of ready ones and drip them)
1 small zucchini
1 big purple onion
1 big carrot
200 g mayo
2 spoonfuls of mustard
a few drops of lemon
black pepper
basalicum

Cut the vegetables and put them in a salad bowl. Mix mayo, mustard, pepper, lemon and basalicum and put it on the salad.
Enjoy!

XO,

Pippi

Last Minute DIY Christmas Gifts

Spicy Salad Oil:

You only need some herbs, olive oil and a nice bottle.

I used rosemary and levandel. Put the herbs in the bottle and pour olive oil on them ( heat the oil a bit before pouring).

Nuts in Honey:

You only need some nuts, honey and a bottle.

Put the nuts in the bottle, heat the honey a bit so that you can pour it easily.

Pomegranate Vodka:

You only need pomegranate, vodka and a bottle.
Just peel the pomegranate, put it in the bottle and pour vodka on it.

Ball Deco:

You only need a glass and some Christmas balls.

I hope I could help!

XO,

Pippi
