Cut eggplants into two. Scratch off kernels. Cut olives into 4 pieces, add them to the cause. Grate cheese and mix with the sauce. Put the sauce into the hollows of eggplants. Garte cheese on them. Put them in the oven for 45 minutes (200 Celsius). Serve with biled rice.
Although I do not eat meat, I brought you a recipe with chicken legs for today. My family loved it.
Ingredients:
6 chicken legs
6 slices of ham
1 dl of grape oil
1 dl of olive oil
1 spoonful of soy oil
5 spoonfuls of honey
salt
2 cloves of garlic
1 small ginger
Mix olive oil, grape oil, soy oil and salt. Heat honey for 15 seconds and add to oil. Smash garlic and chop ginger. Add them to the mix. Put chicken legs in oil for at least 3 hours. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Wrap chicken legs in ham. Fix them with meat needles, put them into an oven bag and put it into the oven for 50 minutes! Serve with potato puree!
