Random Spring Facts

1., I love the scent of spring air.

2., I am way too late with spring garden works every year. Everyone in the street will have already done them when I first realize it's time to do them.

3., I love wearing trench coats in spring. I have been wearing them since I was 12.

4., I think that the colours of 2016, Rose Quartz and Serenity, are the perfect spring colours. Not only this year but always and forever.

5., Spring always makes me want to do the cleaning. I hate doing it in every other season but spring always gives me a new breeze.

6., My fav spring flowers are tulips.

7., When spring arrives I always start worrying about my bikini body. :)

8., I love Easter and all our habits and rituals around it.

9., Having fresh flowers in the house  from my own garden is the best.

How about you? Do you like spring? Is there anything you love doing in spring?

Quick Dinner - Salad & Grilled Cheese

For today I brought you an easy and healthy idea for a quick dinner:

Ingredients:

- 600 g goat cheese
- 1 ice salad
- 2 big green paprika
- 2 big red paprika
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 200 g green olives
- two oranges
- one spoonful of basil
- half a spoonful of white pepper
- one spoonful of levandel
- olive oil
- aceto balsamico

Cut the cheese in slices of appr. 1 cm of width. Cut the ice salad and the paprika in small pieces and the tomatoes in half. Peel the oranges and cut them in small pieces ( If you are awaiting guests, buy another orange as well, cut it in slices and use the slices for decoration.)  Put them in a big bowl and add the olives. Pour some olive oil and aceto balsamico on it. Now heat the coconut oil in a ceramic frying pan and put the slices of goat cheese in. Fry them for 2 minutes on both sides. Put the vegetables on a plate and put the cheese on it.

Enjoy!

I wish you a wonderful new week.
