300 g chicken breast
1 big onion
300 g mushrooms (I used champinons but lashka is just as good)
1 smaller zucchini
2 carrots
soy sauce
chilli
1,5 dl dry white wine
2 dl water

Image result for mushroom carrots zucchini

Cut the onion and the chicken breast into small cubes. Put some coconut oil in a saucepan and heat it, fry  the onion and the chicken breast or about 10 minutes. In the meantime cut the zucchini, carrots and the mushrooms into slices and add them to the chicken breast. Give the white wine and when it cooks away, add the soy sauce and the chilli. Add the water and when cooked away taste if it is cooked. If not, add some more water. If it is cooked, you are finished.

Enjoy!

Recipes

For today I wanted to bring you a review of the posts related to gastronomy on the blog.

These are the recipes I always grab to when in doubt what to cook.

They are mostly quite quick and easy to make and you do not need to be really experienced to cook them.

So here is the  list:

I love pasta. You can find this recipe here.

In the season of zucchini I often grab to this recipe.

If you have some spinach, corn at home, cook this lasagne for your family.

I really like cream soups as well. How about some leek or pumpkin?

When I do not have much time or energy to cook, I choose this recipe.

Even though I do not eat meat, I do meals with meat for the family. My hubby almost only eats chicken so most of the recipes I use are with chicken.
When having the first paprika and tomato in the garden I always cook this meal.

Another recipe with meat but this time with goose.

Hope you'll like them.
