For today I brought an easy-to-make but delicious recipe for you.
- 600 g small macaroni
- 250 g of walnuts
- 1 spoonful of honey
- 200 g mascarpone
- 250 ml skimmings
- white pepper
Cook macaroni following orders on wrapping. Cut walnuts in half and saute
in a hot pan (without oil) for about 1,5 minutes. Reduce heat to low, stir in mascarpone,
add honey and skimmings. Add salt, white pepper and nutmeg. Mix with macaroni. Serve. Enjoy.
