Season of Paprika and Tomato

When having a look at yesterday's post I realized I never shared the recipe of the food on the photo.

Ingredients:
- olive oil
- 1 onion
- 8 dl water
- 10 paprikas (different colours)
- 4 big tomatos
- 2 eggs
- salt
- white pepper
- red pepper
- basil
- 8 (chicken) drumsticks
-  Gouda
- 3 cups of rice
 Boil rice.

Cut onions and saute in olive oil until onion is translucent.  Add pepper. Cut paprika in  slices and add. Simmer them with the onions for three minutes. Add water and salt. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes. Cut tomatos into four slices and add. Add white pepper and basil. Cook for another 5-7 minutes. Add eggs and cook for another 3 minutes.

If you are a vegetarian:

stop here and eat it with rice.

If you are not a vegetarian, go on:

Put the drumsticks into a heat-proof Jena bowl. Cover them with the paprika sauce.
Cut Gouda in thin slices and add. Cover and put into the wen for 50 minutes(200 Grades)

Enjoy!
