Corn Stuffed Zucchini

1 big zucchini
300 g corn
200 ml yoghurt
200 g cottage cheese
Green pepper (sharp)
White pepper
250 g Mozarella
500 ml water

Wash the zucchini and cut it half lengthwise. 
Scoop out and discard pulp.
Place it in a baking pan, put salt and white pepper on it and add 300 ml water into the pan.
Cook the corn in the rest of water for 5 minutes.cut the green pepper in small pieces.
Put the yoghurt cottage cheese, salt, pepper, garlic and green pepper into a pan and add the corn. Mix it.
Stuff the zuccinis with this sauce.
Cover it with cheese.
Cover the pan and put it in the oven for 35 minutes on 180`.
Enjoy it fresh and hot.
