Recipe: Penne with White Tomato Sauce

- 500 g penne 
- olive oil 
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatos
- 2 paprikas
- 150 g sweet corn
- 400 ml water
- 300g cottage cheese
- 250 ml skimmings
- salt
- white pepper
-  oregano

Cook penne following orders on wrapping. Cut onions and saute in olive oil until onion is translucent. Stir in tomatoes and paprika diced and add sweet corn. Add water, salt, white pepper and oregano. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer water away. Stir in cottage cheese and skimmings, simmer 3 minutes more. Serve. Enjoy.
