Recipe: Tomato -Zucchini Spagetti

- 500g spagetti
- olive oil 
- 1 onion
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1/2 L  tomato sauce

- 200 ml skimmings 
- 1 slice of garlic
- salt
- white pepper
- nutmeg
-  oregano
- basil
- mozarella

Cook spagetti following orders on wrapping. 

Cut onions and saute in olive oil until onion is translucent. Cut zucchini in thin slices. Simmer them with the onions. Add tomato sause, salt, white pepper, nutmeg, oregano and basil. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in skimmings and onion, simmer 3 minutes more. 

Serve with mozarella.
